Internazionale Milan extended their lead at the top of Serie A to five points on Sunday after the Nerazzurri thrashed Torino while second-placed Roma could only draw 1-1 at Livorno.
Inter were in imperious form once again and extended their unbeaten start to 15 games with a 4-0 thrashing of Torino at the San Siro.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic set the hosts on their way after 37 minutes and second-half strikes from Julio Cruz, Luis Jimenez and Ivan Cordoba completed a comfortable win.
Spanish forward Diego Tristan quickly cancelled out Daniele De Rossi’s early opener to give Livorno a 1-1 home draw with second-placed AS Roma.
Former European Footballer of the Year Pavel Nedved found the net from outside the box in the closing stages to earn third-placed Juventus a 1-0 win over Atalanta in Turin.
Fabio Quagliarella scored twice and laid on a goal for strike partner Antonio Di Natale to help fourth-placed Udinese defeat his former club Sampdoria 3-2.
